Sending humanitarian aid as part of "From Voronezh Children to Donbas Children" charity campaign

On 18th December, members of the student community of Voronezh State University, together with the students of Voronezh Public Fire Service Institute of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, took part in shipping humanitarian aid. Three trucks from Voronezh joined the tenth humanitarian convoy delivering humanitarian aid collected from all over Russia, which consisted of 180 vehicles.

On the morning of 20th December, the convoy crossed the Russian border. The thirty tons of humanitarian aid collected in Voronezh during the campaign is intended for pre-school children from the Donetsk and Luhansk people's republics. On the same day, a charity Father Frost parade was held in Lenin Square, Voronezh, and VSU student council members took part in it.

– Participating in this charity campaign, enabled us to assist in making the Donbas kids’ wishes come true, said Oksana Khoronzhuk (member of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of Russian Federation) in her welcoming speech.
