On 26th November, the QS international agency published a pilot edition of QS Graduate Employability Ranking of Universities 2016. Not only were various statistical indicators of universities, but also, expert opinions of employers taken into consideration when the new ranking was compiled. All in all the ranking included 1 239 universities from all over the world. Voronezh State University took the 585th place among the world universities, and the 13th place among Russian universities included in the ranking. It should be mentioned that according to the indicator of cooperation with the employers VSU is in 16th place in the ranking.
"Voronezh State University is traditionally well-represented in international rankings. We work with a big pool of international organisations and universities, and international activity is one of the most important priorities of strategic development for us. As for the new QS ranking, it shows a key activity parameter for a university of any level – employers' demand for university graduates. The fact that VSU occupies such a position according to international employers proves that we are on the right track", said the VSU Rector, Professor Dmitriy Endovitskyy.
