VSU master's degree student Konstantin Semenov has become a member of the youth personnel reserve of the Ministry for Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation. He is one of the Top 10 participants of the Ministry's biannual winter trainee programme.
The aim of the programme is to form the youth personnel reserve and develop the Ministry's youth human resources policy. This year the programme was run between 2nd February and 31st March. There were about 200 applications from students and alumni of the leading Russian universities. Following the results of the competition, top 50 applicants were selected to participate in the programme.
While studying, the participants had an opportunity to take part in project and analytical work in various departments of the Ministry, as well as in solving some operational problems. As a result of the trainees' work assessment, a special rating was formed, and top 10 participants became members of the youth personnel reserve of the Ministry for Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.
