Master’s students of the Faculty of Romance and Germanic Philology Yekaterina Gordeyeva and Oleg Borisov currently completing the programme Foreign Language Teaching with Application of Online Technologies within the speciality Pedagogical Education, received an international Erasmus+ grant. Between 17th January and 17th June, under the agreement for master’s programmes cooperation between universities, they will be completing exchange programmes at the University of Caen Lower Normandy (France). The students are following their individualized learning modes and will benefit from the Credit Transfer System.
Moreover, between 17th January and 5th February, Associate Professor of the Department of French Philology of the Faculty of Romance and Germanic Philology Tatiana Kozura continued her Erasmus+ internship at the University of Caen Lower Normandy. As a part of her internship she has been reading lectures in French on Linguistics for master’s students completing the programme Teaching foreign languages, has been organising workshops, and has been having meetings with teachers of the French language to share methodological and practical experience. It should be mentioned that at the initiative of the Head of the University’s Language Laboratory CRISCO Dr Pierre Larivée, a video about Tatiana Kozura’s teaching experience as a part of her internship in an international university was shot.
The Erasmus+ internship is a very important step in the development of cooperation between VSU and the University of Caen Lower Normandy (France). Such effective cooperation between universities on a TEMPUS project resulted in opening master’s programmes in Pedagogical Education at the Faculty of Romance and Germanic Philology of Voronezh State University.
