Plans for cooperation between VSU and SAFEA (People's Republic of China)

Between 23rd and 25th March, Vice Rector for Strategic Administrative Management Yury Bubnov took part in the 2016 public academic programmes conference in Beijing by invitation of SAFEA (State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs) of PRC. The goal of the conference organised by the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs was to conclude the results of the Chinese specialists training in 2015 and to plan training in 2016.

On 24th March, Voronezh State University and SAFEA concluded a framework agreement for cooperation. Our university has been involved in cooperation with State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs since 2002 when VSU founded a Chinese Centre. Over 2,500 leading specialists and heads of ministries and agencies from China have completed advanced training programmes at VSU since then. In 2010, at the Chinese Specialist Exchange Conference in Shenzhen, Voronezh State University was recognised as the world’s best university at organising international internships for Chinese experts and specialists and was chosen by SAFEA as the basic university for large educational projects in Russia.
