Leading Chinese specialists study anti-terror technologies at VSU

From 4 to 11 September, a Chinese delegation attended Voronezh State University. It included 25 members – leading specialists and leaders from different provinces of China, representing the Political and Legal Committee, Law Enforcement and Performance of Rights Department, and other institutions of China.

This time, the lectures were dedicated to modern methods used by the Russian government to fight terrorism. As part of the topic chosen, on the first day Vladimir Listengarten gave a lecture entitled “Russia in the modern world”. On the same day, the guests of the university enjoyed a concert by Voronezh Youth Symphony Orchestra at the University Hall.

During their visit, the Chinese delegation attended some other lectures: “Modern international cooperation in the fight against terrorism: legal regulation and political realities”, “Preventing acts of terrorism in Russia”, “The experience of the Russian Federation in combating extremism and terrorism in the Internet”, “The problems of terrorism prevention”, “Fundamentals of the policy of terrorism prevention in the Russian Federation”.

At the end of the course, Dmitry Endovitsky awarded the Chinese guests participation certificates.
