On 10 April, an exhibition of paintings by Diana Mohammad, a second year student from the Faculty of Pharmaceutics opened in the hall of the second floor of the main university building. The event was held in the framework of the project “Debut”.
The exhibition “From Antiquity to the Modern Age” presents works by a protean artist who ventures in various genres. Apart from portraits, landscapes, and still-lives, Diana paints fancy and philosophical pictures and tries different styles (realism, expressionism, and surrealism) and different techniques (oil, acrylic, and water-colour painting, and tempera).
The first viewers at the exhibition were Diana’s colleagues, students from the Faculty of Pharmaceutics, lecturers from the Faculty of Chemistry and the Faculty of Mathematics, and VSU staff.
