The projects of our university researchers marked high in the Sozvezdiye Z contest of innovative ideas

AO Concern Sozvezdiye of the Roselectronica Holding has announced the results of the Sozvezdiye Z contest of innovative ideas. Two projects by the researchers of the Voronezh State University were listed among the best.

“The geological information system for detecting landslides in the Voronezh region” project by Anatoly Gorbunov, the graduate of our university, Ph.D. in Geography, was nominated in the category of “Intelligent Self-Isolation” as being the best product for remote and contact-free service”.

“The multi-channel confocal image spectrum analyser” project by Vladimir Shulgin, a professor of the Faculty of Physics, Ph.D. in Technical Sciences, came first in the ""New idea – new business”, the best idea with start-up potential" category.

There were 98 applications in 6 categories submitted by the students, Ph.D. students and professors of technical sciences and economics, as well as the representatives of radio-electronic and IT companies. Researchers from 20 regions of Russia presented their unique ideas in the field of 5G, cyber protection, utilization of composite materials, and geoinformation systems.
