On November 20th, the Faculty of Philology held the Russian Fairy Tale Festival. This year it was dedicated to the 200th anniversary of P.P. Ershov. This year, among the participants were also school pupils, and students of the Faculty of Humanities of Voronezh State Pedagogic University.
The Festival also included a children’s drawing contest with over 40 students of various art studios in Voronezh showed their drawings. The jury consisting of students and lecturers and headed by V.E. Shpakovsky, the Dean of the Faculty of Painting at Voronezh State Art Academy, chose the winners and awarded them with various prizes from Voronezh Duma, "Amital" book store, and other sponsors.
