Between 15 and 19 October, pupils and teachers from Free School Anhalt (Köthen, Germany) visited the Faculty of Philology of VSU. They attended a course in Russian language and culture which helped them to improve their language skills as well as to get to know Russian culture better. Within the course they also danced and sang folk songs with folk music group Terem and visited the Ethnographic Museum of the Faculty of Philology of VSU. The director of the museum, Elena Griboedova, conducted a doll workshop for the foreign guests.
“We are grateful to the Faculty of Philology for organising the course and giving us such a wonderful opportunity to learn more about the Russian culture. It is the second time that our pupils came to Voronezh. We are glad that they managed to learn so much during the week here. I hope our partnership with the Faculty of Philology will last and we will come here again in two year's time,” said the head of the group Ferenc Attila Makk, a former VSU graduate.
