University scientists present their project at an international conference in Oxford

On 29 April, the head of the Department of Information Procession and Protection Technologies of Voronezh State University, Aleksander Sirota, associate professor from the Department of Information Procession and Protection Technologies, Alexander Ivankov, and a postgraduate student, Sergey Savin, gave a talk at the International Conference on Digital Image and Signal Processing (DISP 2019). They presented their project under the title "Algorithms for superresolution architecture in applicative noise based on image over-segmentation".

Research and development of mathematical methods and algorithms for image superresolution architecture is an impotant component of research activities at the Department of Information Procession and Protection Technologies which are headed by Professor Alexander Sirota. The staff members of the department have published a great number of papers on the topic in national and international journals and have conducted a number of research projects.
