A student of the Faculty of Romance and Germanic Philology is among the winners of the competition held by the Janus Worldwide translation agency

Every year the largest translation agency, Janus Worldwide, holds a competition for the best translation from among the students of leading Russian universities. The participants present a written translation of a text chosen from different topics offered by the company. This year, students of various Russian universities sent over 60 translations to the competition. Among the winners was Kseniya Vasilenko, a fifth year student of the Faculty of Romance and Germanic Philology studying at the programme “Translation and Translation Studies”.

She received a certificate, a gift, and a chance to take part in practical training at Janus Worldwide. Olga Boriskina, Dean of the Faculty of Romance and Germanic Philology, officially congratulated the student at the Academic Council.
