Master’s students from the Faculty of Romance and Germanic Philology study the French experience of project management

Natalia Lanceraux, a project manager at the French company Business-bridge, held a master class at the Faculty of Romance and Germanic Philology of Voronezh State University. The topic of the event was “Development and implementation of an international project: the French experience”. The event was organised for master’s students of the bilingual programme “Linguistic support for project activities in international cooperation (in the area of education, culture, and business)”.

During the master class, students learnt about the peculiarities of managing an international project by example of specified cases from Business-bridge. The participants analysed the conditions which led to success and looked for ways to overcome risks.

Business-bridge provides support to French businesses in oversea countries, including Russia. Philippe Verbert, the head of the company, is the French Counsellor of International Economics. Philippe Verbert and Natalia Lanceraux have visited Voronezh a number of times to take part in various economic projects, including those in cooperation with VSU. For example, in 2016, Business-bridge assisted the cooperation between VSU and ISC Paris Business School, which gave way to a unique double degree EMBA programme (General Management).
