The attaché for Science and Cultural Affairs of the Embassy of the State of Israel in the Russian Federation pays a visit to our university

On 18 September, Yana Kotlyar-Gal, First Secretary and the attaché for Science and Cultural Affairs of the Embassy of the State of Israel in the Russian Federation, paid a visit to Voronezh State University. The Rector Dmitry Endovitsky told the guest about the history of the university, its infrastructure, bright graduates, and international contacts. He explained that VSU has been involved in a long-standing cooperation with Israeli universities and is interested in developing stronger relations with them.

“Israel has been engaged in close cooperation with the Voronezh Region and I would like to develop these friendly relations. That is why I am happy to be here, in Voronezh, and have already visited many places. The history of Voronezh State University, its international relations, and a thriving student life are absolutely astonishing. I think we need to create joint academic programmes and themed events,” said Yana Kotlyar-Gal.
