The first stage of coronavirus vaccination at VSU completed

On 9 February, the first stage of COVID-19 vaccination at VSU was completed. The university staff were vaccinated with the Russian vaccine Gam-COVID-Vac, also known under its trade name Sputnik V. The vaccination was conducted by specialists from Voronezh municipal outpatient centre № 1.

VSU Rector Dmitry Endovitsky addressed medical workers on behalf of all staff members of VSU.

“We are really grateful for your selfless work and for saving our lives. You have organised the vaccination process very professionally, and people see that you take care of them. Thank you so much!”

Dmitry Endovitsky presented the employees of Voronezh municipal outpatient centre № 1 with the rector's letters of acknowledgement. Voluntary vaccination of the university staff at work was organised due to VSU Rector Dmitry Endovitsky’s personal address to Alexander Schukin, the Head of the Department of Health of the Voronezh Region.
