On November 10th and 11th, a delegation from Voronezh State University took part in the National Youth Forum "International military, political and economic partnership – modern tendencies" held at MGIMO. The Forum was organised by the youth research centre "National security" run jointly by the Oeconomicus club and the Reserve Officer Training Department of MGIMO.
Our delegation included Viktor Shamaev, professor at the Reserve Officer Training Department of VSU, and Olga Syschikova, a master's degree student of the Faculty of Journalism. Viktor Shamaev delivered a report on information security in Russia, and Olga Syschikova told the audience about the communicative and psychological mechanisms that influence the officers of the Russian army in the age of information wars. The reports were highly praised by the audience, and the delegates were awarded certificates.
