On September 6th, the British ranking company Quacquarelli Symonds published the QS World University Rankings. VSU has been included in the rankings for the fourth time.
In QS World University Rankings 2016 our university was rated 701+ among the best world universities. VSU takes the 22nd position among the Russian universities included in the list.
The ranking methodology is based on six criteria covering the major areas of the universities’ activities: academic reputation, student-to-faculty ratio, citation index, employer reputation, international faculty, and international students.
The details of the QS World University Rankings 2016/2017 are now available in Russian thanks to the Social Navigator project conducted by the multimedia press centre "Rossia Segodnya”. This year our university has moved up by over 100 positions compared to last year’s results.
