Professor Tamara Diakova, from the Faculty of Philosophy and Psychology of VSU, gave a 10-hour course in Russian literature and culture of the fist half of the XX century at the University of Debrecen (Hungary) within the framework of the Erasmus+ programme. The lectures were attended by graduate and postgraduate students and teachers of the Institute of Slavic Studies.

The course coincided with another event - the Russkiy Mir Foundation with support by Russian Consulate and the University of Debrecen opened a new Centre of Russian Culture - the third one in Hungary and the 111th in the world. Tamara Diakova took part in the opening ceremony and read the address of the VSU administration. She also participated in a number of training sessions and workshops at the University of Debrecen, and discussed partnership prospects between our universities.
