A meeting of the Association of Higher Education Institutions of the Central Russia took place on 14 December. During the event, the participants discussed cooperation with universities of Uzbekistan.
“Several years ago, I took part in the first summit of Russian and Uzbek universities in Tashkent. After that, similar events were held in Moscow and a few months ago I visited educational exhibitions in Samarkand and Bukhara. I met colleagues, future entrants, and their parents and, of course, we discussed with the heads of corresponding specialised ministries and agencies of Uzbekistan the issues of admission campaign in Russian universities,” said VSU Rector Dmitry Endovitsky.
Rustam Saidullaev, a representative of the non-state educational institution Rosobrazovania (Tashkent), presented a strategy of introducing Russian education to the export market using the example of Uzbekistan. Alexander Makushin, the Head of the Department of Pre-University Training and Enrolment of Students, told the participants about the admission procedure at VSU.
