Rodion Gyrbu, a second year master’s student from the Faculty of Applied Mathematics, Informatics, and Mechanics and a graduate of a bachelor’s programme at the Faculty of Computer Sciences, entered the final of the Huawei Cup 2021. Huawei Cup 2021 is Eurasian competitions in the area of infotelecommunication technologies organised by Huawei. Last year, Rodion Gyrbu also took part in the final of the completion.
“I hope this year I will be able to show better results. The previous time, it was a pretty interesting event so it is difficult to imagine what it will be like this year. I am looking forward to interesting tasks in the final. I decided to take part because I wanted to learn more about a new area, data storage and data processing systems. Last year, I took part in cloud computing,” said Rodion Gyrbu.
The final of the competition will take place in March 2022.
