On 11 March, VSU finished collecting humanitarian aid for refugees evacuated from the Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics. Over two weeks, from 28 February, volunteers collected 50 boxes.
33 volunteers from various university organisations worked at the collection centres in the main building, the Faculty of Law, and the Faculty of Journalism. The collection points received seasonal clothes, hygiene products for children, household chemicals for adults, household textiles, and food.
The boxes were passed to Volunteer Corps 36, its representatives will deliver humanitarian aid to temporary accommodation centres for the refugees. Moreover, some clothes donated by concerned residents of Voronezh are to be sent to the Agathos, a maternity protection ANO.
