The university hosts final training sessions as part of the Innovation League

On Saturday, 6 April, the final trainings sessions of the educational stage of the Innovation League were held in the White Hall of VSU. Natalya Belova, the mentor and speaker of the project, PhD in Economics, Associate Professor of the Department of Economics, Marketing and Commerce of the Faculty of Economics, told the project participants about the development of innovative projects, the use of marketing tools to promote innovation, and about modern marketing methods in this field. Her experience and knowledge in the field of economics and marketing helped the participants improve their understanding of how to attract attention to their projects and successfully promote them on the market.

On the same day, Anna Kireeva, business coach and entrepreneur, conducted a workshop titled “The leader and their team”. As part of the workshop, the participants received valuable knowledge on how to become a true leader and what skills and qualities are required for the successful management of a team. Practical tips and recommendations will help the participants develop their leadership skills and learn how to effectively manage a team in the future. As a result of this meeting, the project participants will better understand the process of developing innovative projects, realise the importance of leadership skills in the successful management of a team, and apply them in their work and project development.

In two weeks, on 20 April, the participants will present their ideas for innovative projects to mentors and experts of Innovation League at the semi-final stage of the competition which will take place at VSU.
