The committee for the project contest within the "Research and development in top-priority areas of science and technology in Russia for 2014–2020" federal programme has announced the results for the "Nanosystems Industry" field.
Among the winners in "Creating a programming and computing suite for the computer modelling of nanostructured absorbents and adsorption processes" is a VSU project "Creating a programming and computing suite for the computer modelling of structural, sorption, and electronic properties of fullerenes and carbon nanotubes and adsorption processes". The project is directed by Elena Butyrskaya – a professor of the Department of Analytical Chemistry at VSU.
