Vice-Rector for strategic planning and a Quality Assurance Manager of Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität and Honorary Doctor of Voronezh State University, Jörg Becker will head the Department of ERP Systems and Business Processes Management that Voronezh State University opens next year.
Voronezh State University administration, Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität (Münster, Germany), OAO Severstal-Infokom, ООО ASAPIO CIS and ООО SAP CIS signed the agreement stipulating foundation of the department in September 2014.
'It is going to be a fundamental University-wide department that will educate students of different faculties. The teaching staff will include representatives of both Voronezh State University and partner companies: OAO Severstal-Infokom, ООО ASAPIO CIS and ООО SAP CIS and more companies in the future. Unlike other university-based partner companies' centres, this department will provide students with an opportunity both to experience real work situations and learn from different experts' said the Dean of the Faculty of Applied Mathematics, Informatics and Mechanics Aleksandr Shashkin.
