On 13th March, a mini football super match between the team of VSU foreign students and the team of members of the Voronezh Regional Duma took place in the gym of building №6 of Voronezh State University.
The idea to organise the match was suggested by the captain of the Voronezh Regional Duma team, the Deputy Chairmen of the Voronezh Regional Duma Education, Culture and Youth Policy Committee, Aleksandr Kucherenko. Both teams were in fierce contention for first place. The final score of the game was 9:4 for foreign students.
The winners offered to hold a grudge match on 27th March and following the match award the cup founded by the VSU Institute of International Education administration. The Voronezh Regional Duma team accepted the offer. The grudge match will take place at 17.30 in the gym of building №6 of Voronezh State University.
