On 24th March, a lecturer of the Department of Pedagogy and Pedagogical Psychology of the Faculty of Philosophy and Psychology of Voronezh State University Olga Ivanova took part as a speaker in the workshop for Voronezh elementary school teachers "Inclusive education for elementary school children with disabilities in an institution of general education".
The event was held in Voronezh lyceum №6 and was organised by Voronezh Centre for Education Development. About 100 elementary school teachers participated in the event. They learnt about the regulatory documents for inclusive education for children with disabilities in institutions of general education, peculiarities of correction activities carried out in pre-school facilities, experiences of inclusive education in elementary school, ways of efficiency enhancing of cooperation between teachers and parents of such children, technologies of teaching children with mental disorders, and social adjustment of children in the framework of extended education.
