On 27th March, the team of VSU foreign students had a mini football grudge match with the team of members of the Voronezh Regional Duma.
This game showed once again how good our students are at football. The goalkeeper Mfina Kidimbou Eudes Ludovic from Congo showed unspoken skill catching the ball in most difficult situations.
The game resulted with the score 11:4 for the team of the International Education Department of Voronezh State University. The winners were awarded with a cup. But the members of Voronezh Regional Duma do not give up. The team captain, the Deputy Chairmen of the Voronezh Regional Duma Education, Culture and Youth Policy Committee, Aleksandr Kucherenko invited the foreigners to play a series of matches on the open pitch at the stadium Chaika. The VSU team accepted the offer with much pleasure.
