In March 2015, the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency of the European Commission approved the list of EU experts for reforming the system of higher education in partner states. 15 Russian universities that are most actively promoting the European education projects were selected, including Voronezh State University. Alla Akulshina, Director of the International Project and Programme Centre, was included in the list of EU experts and invited to take part in the special workshop discussing the problems of interaction between higher and professional education, held on 11th and12th March in Istanbul.
There were over 170 participants from 25 countries, including the representatives of the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency of the European Commission, National Erasmus+ Offices, and experts in the field of reforming the system of higher education.
