On 17th March, the Institute of International Education of Voronezh State University held the traditional contest among female students "Miss Institute of International Education". This spectacular event is included in the plan of extra-curricular activities for international students. The event was organised by the Leisure and Culture Centre of the Institute of International Education of Voronezh State University.
This year 6 female students from China, Vietnam, Angola, France, Madagascar, and Indonesia competed for the title. The competitors demonstrated their knowledge of the Russian language, took part in a cooking competition, and showed their physical strength. Welcomed by the audience applause they danced, sang national songs and songs in Russian. The impartial jury comprised of university lecturers and staff unanimously awarded the title to the student from Vietnam Tien Thi Thu Huyen. The other participants received titles “Miss Romanticism”, “Miss Charm”, “Miss Smart”, “Miss Actress”, and “Miss Hostess”.
