On 22 April, the 2nd festival of student teams of the Central Federal District took place in the concert hall of Voronezh State University. The event was organised by the Voronezh regional department of MOOO "RSO" and VSU Student Teams Headquarters and supported by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation.
Over 300 students from the Voronezh, Moscow, Kaluga, Tula, Bryansk, Lipetsk, Tver, Kursk, and Orel regions took part in the festival. This year the competitors demonstrated their singing, dancing, and acting skills. All the performances had the same theme – Cinema. The choice of the theme was not made by accident, 2016 was announced to be the Year of Russian Cinema.
Vice-Rector for Student Affairs and Social Development, Oleg Grishaev, the commander of the regional headquarters of students' teams of Central Federal District, Elena Sudakova, and the chair of the board of the Voronezh regional department of MOOO "RSO", Vyacheslav Shamarin, welcomed the movement activists.
