On 26 May, students of the pre-university training programme presented their final concert at the International Education Institute of Voronezh State University. This event is traditionally held every year by the Leisure and Culture Centre of the Institute of International Education of Voronezh State University.
Foreign students showed what they had learnt at their classes and at the folk song and dance club. It was very touching to hear Russian war-time songs performed by the students. The audience enjoyed love songs and “Russian folk dance” received a long-lasting applause. Students also read poems by Voronezh poets Ivan Nikitin and Alexey Koltsov paying tribute to Voronezh – the city they fell in love with.
