Between 29 and 30 October, the 4th annual YouLead forum for young leaders was held in the main building of Voronezh State University. The event was organised by a non-commercial organisation, AIESEC.
YouLead is a national forum aimed at the development of leadership potential among the youth. The participants of the forum at VSU listened to various success stories , the principles of personal and professional development, and opportunities for self-fulfilment in Russia and also had the chance to find the job and internship of their dreams. Among the participants of the forum were students and graduates of the leading universities of Voronezh and the Voronezh region, representatives of the business community, heads of youth organisations, businessmen, and other interesting people.
According to the organisers, the forum’s mission is to form responsible and artful young leaders in various spheres who will be able to make conscious choices, to work in a team, to make achievements, and to develop. The programme included lectures, success stories, an interactive business simulation game, master classes, and fairs of vacancies and internships at partner companies.
It should be noted that this year the YouLead forum is going to be organised in 13 Russian cities. In most of the cases it is not going to be the first time that young people will learn about leadership concepts.
