In March, a HR delegation from Gansu province (China) had an internship in Voronezh State University. The guests were welcomed by the rector of the university, Dmitry Endovitsky.
The Chinese interns attended a lecture about the role of Russia in the world today and a number of lectures on specialised topics. They also met the head of the Department of HR management of the Faculty of Economics, Irina Durakova. In addition, the foreign guests visited Kosmos-Neft-Gaz and the Voronezh brewery and exchanged experience with HR specialists from these enterprises.
A Russian-Chinese meeting was also held as a part of the Black Earth HR Forum. Among the participants of the event were the head of the municipal service and HR department of the Voronezh region, Chinese interns, and representatives of the Faculty of Economics of Voronezh State University.
Having completed their internships, the Chinese delegates were awarded certificates.
