On 14 March, the Faculty of International Relations of Voronezh State University held an interregional video conference “Relations between Russia and German-speaking countries – facts, signs, and their perception”. The conference was organised by the Centre for German Political Studies of the Faculty of International Relations together with the German Studies Club of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations. Among the participants there were representatives of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations, Moscow State University, and Voronezh State University.
The objective of the conference was to discuss current and prospective political, economic, and information processes between Russia and certain German-speaking countries (namely, Germany, Austria, and Switzerland) considering the latest tendencies in international relations. The participants presented their reports and exchanged opinions on various aspects of relations between Russia and the said German-speaking countries, and discussed the most urgent issues.
The conference was held at a high scientific and technological level.
