On 4 May, nine first year students of the Faculty of Physics competed in the traditional contest “Miss Physics”. The event was held in the concert hall of Voronezh State University.
The girls had thoroughly prepared for the contest to show their best. After a traditional mass dance the competitors presented their individual performances. They danced, sang songs, and recited their own poems, and the audience supported them with applause. What’s more, the competitors had to answer the questions of the jury and perform a creative task set by the organisers.
Then the jury announced the winners of the major nominations. Eleonora Boganets received the title of “Miss Charm” and Anastsia Kovaleva became “Vice Miss Physics 2017”. Elisaveta Gogaladze was awarded the prize for first place.
