On 13 December, a new educational project by Voronezh State University – popular-science readings called “Health Triangle” started in Amital bookshop. The curator of the project, the leading specialist of the Department of Pre-university Education of Voronezh State University, Galina Borodkina, told the audience that citizens of various categories need access to advanced knowledge in the area of intellectual, spiritual, moral, cultural, and physical development.
“Health Triangle” will provide a comprehensive approach to problems that parents and schools have to solve. It will offer additional educational methods that consider the medical and psychological aspects of education and thus provide a counterbalance the pedagogical aspect. The participants of the event were welcomed by the honourable guest, the Deputy Chairmen of the Voronezh Regional Duma, Sergei Rudakov. He emphasised how timely the project “Health Triangle” is, as it will satisfy the needs of contemporary society. It is a comprehensive approach that is used to deal with the population of a big city with the involvement of researchers working in the area of natural sciences and humanities, social activists, doctors, and psychologists is very timely. It also contributes a lot to the development of spiritual, moral, and psychological welfare and healthy life style in the region.
