VSU members participate in an Erasmus+ academic mobility programme in Romania

Between 14 and 18 May, a delegation from Voronezh State University visited Danubius University in Galati, Romania. The delegation included the leading specialist from the International Projects and Programmes Office, Natalia Ushakova, the head of the Department of Theoretical and Applied Linguistic of the Faculty of Romance and Germanic Philology, Ksenia Shilikhina, and an associate professor at the Department of English Philology, Elena Diakova. The visit was a part of an Erasmus+ academic mobility programme.

The delegation had a meeting with the rector of Danubius University, Andy Pusca, the vice-rector for international cooperation, Emanuel Stefan Marinescu, and the vice-rector for research, Florian Marcel Nuta.

They also had a chance to exchange experiences with colleagues from Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, Albania, Moldova, and Montenegro, as well as other Russian universities such as the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia, Siberian Federal University, and Southern Federal University. The delegation also had a meeting with VSU's students studying at Danubius University as part of Erasmus+ programme.

Between 17 and 18 May, our representatives participated in the international conference “European Integration. Realities and Perspectives” held at Danubius University. The conference included talks by delegates from Albania, Israel, China, Romania, and the USA.
