On 22 October, the delegation of Voronezh State University headed by the rector, Dmitry Endovitsky, had a meeting with the administration of Sichuan International Studies University in Chongqing. The meeting extended the long-term partnership between the two universities.
The meeting also discussed prospects of further cooperation on the national project “One Belt, One Road”, the possibility of VSU becoming a member of BRICS Universities League, academic exchange of experts specialising in Slavic languages, collaboration on postgraduate programmes, joint work on Erasmus+ projects, Massive Open Online Courses, summer and winter language schools, and joint publishing of textbooks.
VSU's delegation also had a meeting with Chinese students learning Russian, as well as with their teachers.
