The final game of the Volleyball Universiade took place on 4 December. The VSU women’s team beat the team of Voronezh State Technical University with the score 3:0 and took first place.
The members of our team included: Kristina Barakova, Sofia Stcheglova, Tatiana Egorina, Ekaterina Ryabtseva, Viktoria Shmakova, Viktoria Pozhidayeva, Maria Minina, Anastasia Bolshakova, Daria Chervonnaya, Snezhana Sokolova, and Elisaveta Panteleyeva. The coach of the team is the Chair of the VSU sport club, senior teacher at the Department of Physical Education and Sports, Elena Stcheglova.
