Alexander Slinko, the Head of the Department of International Relations and World Politics of Voronezh State University was elected a member of the Public Academy of Science, Education, and Culture of Bulgaria.
The academy contributes to the development of the scientific, educational, and cultural life of Bulgaria and the promotion and development of sustainable friendly relations between Russia and Bulgaria.
