On 31 March, the Vladimir Potanin Foundation announced the results of the grant contest for lecturers of master’s programmes. Among the winners are two lecturers from Voronezh State University. They are Professor Svetlana Makhina, DSc in Law, Head of the Department of the Theory and History of State and Law of the Faculty of Law, and Irina Lyashenko, PhD in Economics, Associate Professor at the Department of Economics Theory and the World Economy of the Faculty of Economics.
A universal master’s programme “Legal Techniques of Legal Conflict Resolution” developed by the Department of the Theory and History of State and Law (head of the programme – Svetlana Makhina) received the grant in the nomination “New master’s programme”.
In total, 767 applications for different programmes were submitted to the 2020/21 grant contest, 697 of which were qualified for expert examination after they had been checked for meeting the requirements, including checking for plagiarism. As a result, 150 winners of the competition were selected.
