On 9 April, a workshop and training session for participants in the League of Innovations were held in the main building of VSU. The speakers were Irina Mayorova, training manager at the Central Black Earth Branch of PAO Sberbank, and Anna Kireeva, business coach and entrepreneur.
During the master class on presentation, Irina Mayorova helped participants master the skills of successful self-presentation.
“As a speaker, I really enjoyed the online workshop with the participants of the League of Innovations. The students understood the importance of self-presentation skills. They learned the golden rules and common mistakes in self-presentation. If they are actively involved and have opportunity to practise, it will undoubtedly help the students to present their ideas properly,” said Irina Mayorova.
Anna Kireeva held a workshop entitled “A Leader and Their Team”. She dispelled some myths about leadership and talked about the knowledge and skills that a leader should have.
The meeting for the semi-final selection of innovative projects will take place very soon. The mentors will evaluate the ideas and determine those projects that will be admitted to the final competition of the anniversary season of the League of Innovations. It has become even more prestigious to win the title of Master of the League of Innovations because this season the project is supported by the Presidential Grants Foundation.
