The project “21st Century Competencies Education Platform” by a team of VSU lecturers was among the winners of the grant competition among master’s programme lecturers 2021/22 in the category “New Methods and Technologies in Teaching”. The inter-faculty educational platform is to be implemented at the Faculty of Economics, the Faculty of International Relations, and the Faculty of Journalism. The project team includes Natalia Belenova, Associate Professor at the Faculty of Economics, as Project Manager, and Ekaterina Kurganova, Associate Professor at the Faculty of Journalism.
The aim of the project is to develop and test a new educational platform for mastering informative and interactive learning tools for the disciplines taught under full-time master’s programmes.
Natalia Belenova, the project manager, notes:
“Integration of the 21st Century Competencies educational platform into the educational process will enhance the digital educational system of VSU. Most importantly, it will become an integral component of the educational process that prepares our students for professional activities in the digital economy.
The project envisages not only the introduction of new methods and tools for distance and hybrid learning into the educational process, but also a cycle of master classes to share the team’s experience not only within VSU, but also with interested representatives of other higher education institutions.”
