Nadezhda Novichikhina, a master’s degree student from the Faculty of Journalism, was among the winners of a large international scientific forum for students, postgraduate students, and young researchers “The week of science and creativity – 2022”. The forum is annually held at Saint Petersburg State Institute of Film and Television.
Nadezhda took first place in the “Television of today and tomorrow” section with her report “Archetypical conflicts in the structure of “Patsanki” TV show”.
“Nadezhda has been passionately working on this topic for a long time. Her study is included in of the research profiles of the Department of Electronic Media and Speech Communication and is aimed at the identification of the forms of affecting the audience that are used by modern audiovisual media. She has already won the prizes at several serious scientific competitions and festivals. They key to her success is that Nadezhda follows high research standards in her study of the media space,” said Professor Alla Shesterina, her scientific advisor.
