The Department of Electronics of the Faculty of Physics is conducting research work on the development of inhomogeneous dielectric lens structures. The structures can significantly improve the performance of ultra-wideband emitters and form directional radiation for the latest data transfer systems.
Also, the department carries out a number of research projects devoted to the formation and generation of ultra-short pulses, which can be used to build precise radar systems or high-speed communication systems.
The relevance and novelty of the research are confirmed, in particular, by publications of the results by the scientists of the department in journals recommended by the State Commission for Academic Degrees and Titles, indexed in Scopus and Web of Science.
