Athletes of Khitschnye Bobry sports club are the winners of the regional student marathon

From November 20 to November 24, a student sports marathon of the National League of Student Clubs was held at Voronezh Technical University and the Regional College of Building Technologies. The VSU sports club Khitschnye Bobry took first place in the overall competition. Representatives of the university became winners in volleyball, basketball, and handball competitions.

In total, 12 sports student teams of the region took part in the tournament. The student marathon included competitions in 5 sports: volleyball, basketball, handball, futsal, and darts. The Khitschnye Bobry team lost only in two of the listed sports. In futsal the university’s athletes took second place, in darts they took third place.

“Most of all, I remember the atmosphere of the game of both my team and other teams at this tournament. All the students were really sportive and happy. This is what created the uniqueness of the student marathon,” said Yegor Chuvakin, the captain of the Khitschnye Bobry sports club.
