On December 7–9, during a business visit to Vietnam, Dmitry Endovitsky, Rector of Voronezh State University, took part in the 4th International Industrial Exhibition “EXPO–RUSSIA VIETNAM 2022”. During his trip to Hanoi, the rector of Voronezh State University also visited Vietnam’s leading universities, where agreements on further cooperation were reached.
EXPO–RUSSIA VIETNAM was supported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Economic Development, Ministry of Industry and Trade, Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, and Rossotrudnichestvo, as well as government and business representatives of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Gennady Bezdetko, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to Vietnam, opened the official meeting.
As part of further development of economic, scientific, technical, and cultural cooperation between the countries, the rector of VSU visited the University of Science of Vietnam National University (Ho Chi Minh City). Dmitry Endovitsky had a meeting with its vice-rector and deans and agreed on joint work.
The head of VSU also made arrangements for cooperation with the Faculty of Russian Language of the National University of Hanoi and the Faculty of Educational Psychology of the National Academy of Education Management of Vietnam. During the meeting with Vietnamese graduates of VSU, a declaration of intent was signed to establish an Association of Vietnamese Graduates of VSU.
