On 6 February, the results of the tenth All-Russian Student Marathon 2023 were published. VSU team “Doctor of Sciences, Professor Shvarzengolt”, which was the leader of the festival for many years, took second place.
This year, the festival was held between 3 and 7 February in Loo in Krasnodar Krai. There were 32 teams representing their universities. The participants of the festival were 600 talented students from 21 regions of the Russian Federation.
The VSU team “Doctor of Sciences, Professor Shvarzengolt” took second place in the overall competition, with the first place occupied by the team from P.G. Demidov Yaroslavl State University. The VSU team won in the following nominations of the premier league:
- 1st place in the sports programme
- 1st place in the billiards tournament
- 1st place in mini-football
- 1st place in the volleyball tournament
- 2nd place in the signing contest “Veter Peremen”
- 2nd place in the make-up and costume contest “Tsirk! Tsirk! Tsirk!”
- 2nd place in the cybertournament “NHL 22”
- 2nd place in the darts tournament
- 2nd place in the intellectual tournament “Brain-Ring”
- 3rd place in the National Humour Cup
- 3rd place in the creative programme
- 3rd place in the dancing competition “Street dance”
- 3rd place in the “Marafon beatbox battle” music contest
- 3rd place in the shadow theatre competition “People who change the world”
- 3rd place in the intellectual tournament “IQ Marathon”
