“Our university is very young, but we have great ambitions and would like to exchange experience. We believe that it is very important to be recognisable in the education market.”
Turon Zarmed University was opened following the order of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In August 2022, the university received a license from the State Inspection for Quality Control in Education under the Council of Ministers which allows it to provide higher education services.
The strategic goal of the new university is to create a modern educational and production cluster and to extend the list of training programmes. It would like to use Russian experience and to focus on educational programmes in the areas of “Jurisprudence” and “Economics”. The administration of the university proposes to establish practical academic and scientific cooperation with universities of the Russian Federation and is ready to support the projects and initiatives of its Russian partners.
