Head of the Department of HR management of the Faculty of Economics, Irina Durakova, gave a talk at the 19th international conference “Priorities and Challenges of Economic Development” held in Yerevan. The conference was organised by the Armenian State University of Economics and the Association of Economic Universities of South and Eastern Europe and the Black Sea Region (ASECU).
Irina Durakova gave a talk on the factors helping to retain the residual work capacity in older employees. The participants of the conference included researchers from Germany, Greece, Latvia, Poland, Armenia, and African countries. Russia was represented by researchers from Moscow State Institute of International Relations, the Higher School of Economics, the National Research State University of Nizhny Novgorod, and Voronezh State University.
